Lifestyle Newborn Sessions: $650.00  1-2 hour session in your home This session will include shots of all immediate family members with the newborn and at least one image of the whole family. We will also take a few of just the newborn. THIS gallery is a good example of what you can expect. Emailed (or tagged on FaceBook) shareable, watermarked, low resolution images (not for printing and do not remove the watermark) Online gallery for viewing/ordering small prints at my preferred print labs All lightly edited original images* are available for download in a zip file from the online gallery.
Note: If you are looking for the type of session where only baby is photographed, ask me for a recommendation – there are a few great newborn photographers in the area.

Birth Photography: Oh how I wish I could offer this. I’ve only had the privilege of photographing two births – brothers, Amos (May 2014) and Anderson (March 2017). My full time job won’t permit me to promise my time, but if it God so arranges it again for me to be a fly on the wall for another birth, I’m there.

All sessions: 50% down payment is due 1 week prior to session. Final payment is due at the time of your session. PayPal and checks are accepted. Contact me prior to your session for PayPal arrangements of your final payment. Outdoor locations within 25 miles of Cataula, GA: Your home, Downtown Columbus, FDR State Park, The Farm House, The Columbus Museum, or make a suggestion!

Who owns the image? While I would love to share a sneak peak of your images on this website or on FaceBook or Instagram or Pinterest, I will not do so if you prefer that I don’t. The images might be mine, but the babies are yours. I do reserve the rights to all images which may be used for advertising, design endeavors, and promotional materials. If you would rather your images not appear on social media, please let me know.

*Information on edited digital images provided with session:

• The number of images available from a session can vary but is usually not less than 20 and often over 50.
• Images will be lightly edited for exposure. Some custom coloring may be done on some images to show you some variety and possibilities.
• Digital images are available for download in a zip file from the online gallery along with the rights to print up to 11 x 14 at recommended labs.
• Prints/Digital Images may not be sold.
• Low resolution, watermarked files for sharing via email or social media will also be provided on the disc. It’s always appreciated when you post your photos along with a link to my website (www.traceabletakes.com) or tag my Facebook page, keeping the logo in tact.

Larger prints require more “ATD” (attention to detail) in post processing. Further fine editing of your portraits is available. These can include edits such as removing blemishes, removing logos from clothing, stay hairs, teeth whitening, removing or toning down the appearance of braces, brightening eyes, and ideal cropping for the desired print size. Custom color effects from sepia to black & white to edgy modern effects are possible. Let me know what you have in mind and I’ll let you know if I can do it. Fine art prints, metallic prints, canvas, gallery wrap collections, matted, framed prints, and much more is available. In addition, I offer custom photo books, greeting cards, and announcements.
